Service Description

I support plaintiff and defense counsel in education-related litigation involving Special Education, student safety, supervision, instructional access, and administrative decision-making. My work focuses on how K–12 systems actually operate—and whether actions taken align with reasonable professional standards under real-world constraints. Services include testifying and non-testifying expert witness work, early case assessment, and disciplined advisory support grounded in classroom, school, district, and virtual program leadership experience.
